Our mission at the Wise Counsel Foundation is to mentor teens on pathway possibilities into adulthood; and to provide tuition assistance to teens facing socio-economic hardships further their education at post-secondary carer institutions.
We aim to inspire, empower, and connect this generation to a world of positive possibilities that will enable them to be productive citizens within our communities. We believe if they are rightfully aware of those resources and networks, they will pursue their dreams with confidence.

Dr. Larry McClelland, DBA is the Founder & President of Wise Counsel Foundation, Inc. The foundation was formed in response to Dr. McClelland's desire to create an organization that would introduce different pathway possibilities to teens navigating life into adulthood. The driving force behind this desire was to introduce to teens that are not college inclined a career opportunity immediately following high school graduation.
